Women on Farms Project is pleased to invite you to our public Annual General Meeting on Friday, 24 April 2009 where we will reflect on our work for 2008.
We are pleased to announce that Preggs Govender, gender activist and Human Rights Commissioner, will provide the keynote address in which she will share her thoughts about rural food insecurity and the implications for women in the current global and economic contexts.
We invite you to attend the AGM and interact with both staff and some of the farmwomen with whom we work in our various programmes. Your participation will contribute to enhancing the impact of our work.
